Meet the founders of Home Run Medical and the FLEX L.S.O

Mr. B. Scott Goralnik, M.S., C.P.O., is the Co-Founder of Home Run Medical, and President of American Ortho-Tech, and orthotics and prosthesis manufacturing and fitting business he founded in 1981. American Ortho-Tech is certified by the American Board holding certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Dr. Neil M. Brown is the Co-Founder and Medical Director of Home Run Medical, the Co-Founder and Executive Administrator for Coastal Neurology, Rehabilitation and Pain Management Centers, and Co-Founder of one of the first and largest managed care PPO’s, with over 3000 doctors in thirty-eight states. It was through Dr. Brown’s own private practice that the need for the FLEX L.S.O. brace came about.

Mr. Goralnik and Dr. Brown combined their forty years of experience to develop the most dynamic and innovative L.S.O. brace on the market today. Their objective was to provide patients and physicians with a lightweight, custom-fitted lumbar brace that would be easy to use while still meeting all the billing requirements needed by most insurance carriers. Since 1999, the custom fitted FLEX L.S.O. has been providing physicians nationwide with the tools they need to manage their patients’ back pain effectively.
